Quad Parts is a trading name of Iron Stable Ltd (Company No. 17061294), registered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Iron Stable Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our Leeds workshop.
What we collect
- Shopping information — the parts and quantities in your basket, searches, and the make, model and year you select to find parts. Searches and selected vehicles are sent to the site to find matching products and can remain in the page address and your browser history.
- Enquiry information — the information you give us when you contact us about a product, order, return or data request.
- Order details — when checkout is available and you place an order, your name, delivery address, billing address, email and phone number.
- Payment data — if you use checkout, Stripe processes your payment directly; we never see your card number.
- Browser storage — your basket, shopping return page, checkout progress and homepage display preferences. See the cookie policy for the entries and how to clear them.
The current site does not offer customer accounts or use Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement tags.
How we use it
- Finding matching products and keeping your basket and shopping progress.
- Fulfilling and dispatching orders when you buy.
- Customer support — replying to enquiries, returns, warranty claims and data requests.
- Fraud and order verification.
Lawful basis
Order processing relies on the contract you enter when you buy. Any marketing emails you choose to receive rely on consent. Fraud prevention relies on legitimate interest, and accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax and accounting law. Browser storage has the lifetimes shown in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (within the limits of records we're legally required to keep), object to processing, or withdraw consent. Each site responds to data requests separately and only for its own data — this keeps the response narrow and verifiable.
